Jan Czarnocki

Jan Czarnocki gained his experience and knowledge as an In-House Privacy and Data Protection Counsel for prominent technology firms, where he was responsible for developing comprehensive compliance strategies, including compliance with digital laws. Jan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and member of IAPP. He is also a Doctoral Researcher at KU Leuven’s Centre for IT & IP Law, focusing on privacy and biometrics in health and activity tracking. His expertise extends to advising on digital law risks related to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, AI regulation, and intermediary liability.
